How It Works

HICL can provide a qualified, dedicated team to offer the whole package from architect planning to finishing touches. We also work with any of your own preferred suppliers and contractors if you already have them.

Free Consultation & Quote

We recommend meeting you face to face to discuss your requirements and to offer advice. In our experience, this results in more accurate quotes, saving time over multiple versions. However, we do understand that this may not always be possible, so we are happy to receive details or architects plans from you through email and over the phone to draft an initial proposal.

Quote Approval & Contract

When you are happy that our quote suits your needs and budget and you are ready to proceed, we will send you a JCT building contract to ensure we have an open relationship with you right from the start. Everyone knows what is included in the costs with no surprises. You can now relax knowing that you are in professional hands.

Project Planning

We create a plan with you to detail the tasks and when the work will be carried out. An essential tool for you to use to coordinate your own contractors or suppliers you may prefer such as a decorator, fitters or to schedule delivery of appliances. It also helps to plan holidays, events and other aspects of life that we would like you to continue to enjoy.

Preparation & On Site

HICL will work with you to ensure the supplies needed are delivered on time by the start of the project and when needed at critical stages. We arrive at 7:45am to start at 8am and finish at 5pm. We can also work Saturdays if required. You'll find our team to be courteous and considerate.

Completion & After Care

We pride ourselves on ensuring our projects are on time and our customers are fully satisfied. We will never leave a job incomplete. Once HICL has signed off on your project, you then have our 5 year structural warranty for extra peace of mind.
